At SiXcel, our products are engineered for professional use and performance-critical applications. Due to the specialized nature of our coatings and surface preparation systems, all sales are subject to the following return and refund terms.
1. Professional-Use Product Disclaimer
SiXcel products, including Titan Industrial Coating and Industrial Prep (Step 1 & Step 2), are intended for use by trained and certified professionals. Improper application, environmental conditions, or failure to follow prescribed installation protocols may impact performance and does not qualify for return or refund.
2. Returns Eligibility
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
Product was purchased directly from SiXcel or an authorized distributor
Proof of purchase is provided
Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used products
Products exposed to improper storage conditions (heat, freezing, contamination)
Custom orders or bulk volume pricing agreements
Clearance or final sale items
Partially used kits or systems
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or is confirmed defective:
Notification must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos of packaging, product condition, and batch/lot number
SiXcel will assess and, if approved, provide replacement or refund at our discretion
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment without penalty
Once shipped, the order falls under the standard return policy
7. Limitation of Liability
SiXcel is not responsible for:
Improper application or installer error
Incompatible surfaces or substrates
Environmental conditions during install or cure
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Use of SiXcel products constitutes acceptance of these terms.
